The procedure for returning goods and funds consists of 3 simple steps:
✓ It is necessary to fill out the return form, which is located on
the Return of goods page
✓ Check the correctness of filling in the required fields in the return form.
✓ Next, the manager will check the data on your request and, if necessary, clarify the necessary details, and send subsequent instructions for returning the goods to the email address you specified.
✓ Carefully pack the GOODS in the original packaging in full set (goods supplied in the set must be returned as well).
✓ Contact the nearest Nova Poshta branch
and send the goods along with the completed documents * for return to us, according to the instructions that were sent to you by email.
✓ All data for processing a return at the "New Mail" office will be indicated in the response to the letter with the return request.
* Examples of forms for filling out will be attached to the letter with instructions for the return of goods. These documents are required, without which the return period may increase. They must be printed, filled in the required fields and signed:
1) Application for the return of goods
2) Product return form
✓ The manager checks the returned GOODS, including compliance with the complete set from the manufacturer and checks the specified reasons for the return and the correctness of filling out the documents.
✓ After that, a letter will be sent to your email address confirming the receipt of the returned Goods and the start of the refund procedure.
✓ IMPORTANT! Refunds are made within 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned Product and confirmation of compliance with all return instructions.
Goods are not subject to return in the following cases:
✓ After 14 days from the date of receipt.
✓ In the absence of a "Application for the return of goods", "Form for the return of goods" and a completed form on
the Return of goods page
, indicating the reason for return.
✓ If the return is incomplete: lack of packaging, in which the goods were delivered to you, tags, labels, etc.
✓ If the goods were in use.
Replacement of defective goods
If you received a product with a factory defect: the packaging is damaged or the mechanism (atomizers, etc.) does not work, we will definitely exchange it for a unit of appropriate quality.
